OUR STORY

The Arohaa Group started as a dream in the 1970s, when Jadavbhai Goti began working in the diamond industry in Surat. It formally became a company when his son Ghanshyam Goti established Arohaa Diamond Corporation in 2005. The group's success is a result of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to ethical values and quality.

Ghanshyam Goti learned about diamond processing from his father and gained expertise while working with Sarine Technology Ltd. He then established Arohaa Diamonds with four core values that emphasize quality.

Having gained experience with Sarine Technology India Ltd., Ghanshyam Goti understood exactly what a quality diamond should be like. He had learned from his father how diamonds are processed, and his tenure with Sarine helped him understand how that processing can be used to get the best out of each rough diamond that got processed. Combining the two learnings, Ghanshyam set up Arohaa Diamond Corporation - NDC using four founding values:

He is a Partner and the Chief Purchase Officer of the Arohaa Group. With his knowledge and expertise in diamond purchasing, ensures that the group procures the best quality diamonds at competitive prices.

Rasik Lakkad

He is a Partner and the Head of jewellery Manufacturing at Arohaa DiaJewel. With his experience and expertise in jewellery manufacturing, he oversees the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of jewellery.

Bharat Bhadkoliya

Director

She is a Partner and the Head of jewellery Design at Arohaa DiaJewel. With her creativity and passion for design, she leads the design team to create unique and innovative jewellery pieces.
